Bob is a proud husband, father and grandfather who describes himself as ambitious, analytical, and unhealthy. Before being diagnosed with heart disease in 2001 and diabetes in 2003, Bob says his health wasn't all that bad.

Bob currently works as a Programmer/Analyst in Harrisburg. "I like to solve problems," he says, which translates to his health as he would like to figure out how to gain control of his weight and  set a better example for his family. Bob says he often "feels good" but his numbers and weight are bad and he wants to change that. He's looking for a lifestyle change in regards to eating, exercise, and sleep habits as well as time management techniques.

Bob warns fellow people with heart disease and diabetes that the conditions "come with their own set of problems; not being in control of your weight just compounds the negatives."
