Felix Gonzalez Interviews

1. If you could have any super powers, what would they be?

With so many incurable diseases and sicknesses my powers will be as follows:  Let no resident say I am sick and let there be no more outcry or mourning, nor pain.  With my powers, these would be all things of the past.

2. What is your favorite physical activity?

In my youth I enjoyed playing baseball and handball. Wish I could do it all over again.

3. What are you doing on a typical Friday night?

Sitting down with my wife and looking at ways to enjoy our weekend and making it meaningful for Michael (library, park, picnic, etc.)

4. What are you most proud of?

My son Michael, he has come a long way and is a child full of love.

5. What are 3 things you could never go without?

Thanking God, my family and helping others.

6. What is the best health advice you have ever been given?

Your life and your health are in your hands, abuse them, and you will lose them.

7. What is your favorite part of living in South Central Pennsylvania?

There are a great deal of resources available for everyone, and there are still a great number of people that still remember the courtesy of life and respect.

8. What's your favorite healthy meal or snack?

A good piece of broiled fish with a side of zucchini with eggplant and red onions.

9. What was the worst health habit you picked up as a child that still haunts you as an adult?

At the age of 11 I started smoking (my father would leave them anywhere).  As an adult I kept smoking, stopped cold turkey when I had my first CHF (Cardiac Heart Failure). But still today the smoke of others turns my inside out.

10. Who do you most admire and why?

I admire those who are dedicated to do no wrong, or hurt anyone and have lived life to its fullest extend in making themselves and others happy; a great example is my Big Brother, Amado.
