Janis Kinard-Lopez Interviews

1.) If you could be any superhero, who would you want to be and why ?

If I could be any superhero I would like to be Wonder Woman because she is beautiful, has a nice and healty shape, and she likes to help others.

2.) What is your favorite physical activity?

I enjoy walking because you see people and you can interact with them. I myself am quite the social butterfly. I like walking and talking to others.

3.) What are you doing on a typical Friday night?

Sometimes I go to the movies with a family member or a girlfriend. Other times I visit my children and my grand children.

4.) What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my children and my grand children. I love them so much and they mean a lot to me. They are a wonderful gift from god.

5.) What are 3 things you could never go without?

I could never go without my spirituality, my children, and food. I enjoy learning about God, I love my children, and I enjoy eating food.

6.) What is the best health advice you have ever been given?

When I lost 6 pounds my doctor told me I'm doing a good job by losing weight and it would help lower my ALC and triglycerides.

7.) What is your favorite part of living in South Central Pennsylvania?

South Central Pennsylvania is known for their good schools, health care, and helping people in need.

8.) What's your favorite healthy meal or snack?

My favorite healthy snacks are wheat bread with ricotta cheese, strawberries, and bananas.

9.) What was the worst health habit you picked up as a child that still haunts you as an adult?

That it is ok to have sweets and you can have as many sweets as you want.

10.) Who do you most admire and why?

My mother because she loved me unconditionally and there was nothing she wouldn't do for me or others. She loved everybody.
