The first week in the challenge I gained weight. This week I lost 2 pounds . I weighed 147.2 this morning. My biggest key to sucess is limiting how much I eat in the 2-3 hours prior to going to bed. TIna Maxwell

WooHooTina. Congratulations on your 2 pound loss. Keep working on that eating before bed - that's a tough one for a lot of people but it's worth the battle. Keep on keeping on and reap the rewards!!!
