Welcome to the I Can! Challenge
Congratulations! You are taking the first step to improving your health! No matter what you've tried in the past, you can make the changes you need to feel better and be healthier! We'll lead you through this Challenge step-by-step. Each week, just go to This Week's Challenge and follow the easy guide. Each week will give you an overview of why that challenge is important. Read the resources listed and use the worksheets provided to better understand the challenge and how you can accomplish the week’s activities. For each week, we have also provided a Challenge Tracker Tool. This tool will list each of the activities you should accomplish during the week. It will also help you to score how well you did for the week. This tool is really the heart of the Challenge and doing the items listed will be the key to improving your health.
You can also meet others on our Message Boards who share your goals and will encourage your success. Be sure to watch the weekly Challenge Videos to see the highlights of how the five Challengers did it! You can also read their blogs to learn about their own personal experiences.
