Week 6 Challenge: Overcome Obstacles and Keep Going!

Congratulations! You have now made it to the halfway point of your I Can! Challenge. You have set your very own health goals, begun to watch your diet and portion sizes, increased your activity level, learned how to get the most from your relationship with your health care team, and either quit or reduced your alcohol and tobacco use. That is a lot to do in only six weeks, so give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back!

This is the point in the Challenge when you may need to refocus to stay on top of your progress. It is important to remember your reasons for taking the Challenge in the first place.
